What warranty comes with my battery?
Replacement batteries include a standard 3-year, unlimited-mileage warranty, with an optional 6-year, unlimited-mileage warranty where offered. Check your selected battery and full warranty terms for coverage and exclusions.
Can you ship the battery to my mechanic?
Yes. We can ship to your home or mechanic. Confirm the shop’s willingness to install the battery, labor pricing, and delivery arrangements before ordering.
Do you provide shipping for the old battery?
Qualifying domestic orders include prepaid core-return shipping. Use the supplied packaging and return instructions. Return the core within 30 days to activate your warranty; contact us if you need help or more time. See our full terms.
How do I make sure I order the correct battery?
