Best Hybrid Batteries Warranty Policy
Thank you for reading our warranty policy. We expect our products to provide years of trouble-free operation. However, if any issue occurs, please refer to the warranty information below.
1. Warranty Coverage

Duration: From the original date of purchase until the expiration date listed on the sales receipt.

Coverage: Complete coverage for 3 years and unlimited mileage.

Scope: Covers only the hybrid battery. No other components or services are included.

Transferability:

The warranty can be transferred once to a new owner within 30 days of vehicle sale during the warranty period.

Transfer requires the bill of sale and the new owner’s name submitted to Best Hybrid Batteries within 30 days.

Non-extendable: Warranty terms cannot be extended or restarted.
2. Replacement and Refunds

Defective Product: Best Hybrid Batteries will replace any defective battery during the warranty period.

Unavailable Replacement: If a replacement battery is not available, a refund for the remainder of the warranty period will be provided.

Installation:

Batteries replaced under warranty are not eligible for free installation.

Labor charges for installation are not reimbursed.

3. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Commercial use: Vehicles used for taxi, rideshare, delivery, or other commercial services.

Such vehicles may receive a 12-month standard warranty if declared at purchase.

Improper installation by other parties.

Storage beyond 30 days prior to use.

Damage after delivery or shipping damages (if not documented with the carrier at acceptance).

Tampering or removal of warranty labels.

Vehicle-related issues: Certain hybrid vehicle engine malfunctions (e.g., loss of engine function causing battery-only operation) that can lead to premature battery failure.
4. Activating the Warranty
To activate your warranty, complete the information at the end of this policy, sign it, and submit to Best Hybrid Batteries via:

5. Executing a Warranty Claim
To report a possible product failure:

Contact Customer Support within five (5) days of first noticing the defect.

Document the failure:

Retrieve Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) using an OBD scanning tool.

Many auto parts stores (NAPA, AutoZone, O'Reilly’s) provide this service for free.

Submit a copy of the report showing:

Date of the report

Opportunity to Repair/Replace: Best Hybrid Batteries must be given the first opportunity to repair or replace the defective battery within 30 days.
6. Limitation of Liability
By accepting this product, you waive and release any claims against Best Hybrid Batteries, its employees, officers, directors, agents, or customers for:

Injury, death, loss, or damage to property

Loss of use of any property

Legal claims, suits, liabilities, fines, or costs, including legal fees
This limited warranty represents the total liability of Best Hybrid Batteries for the battery. All other warranties implied by state law are limited to the warranty period stated on the sales receipt. No other warranties are expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
