Fusion Hybrid and Fusion Energi are different applications
Use the Fusion Hybrid listing for the correct year group, or the separate Fusion Energi listing for the plug-in model. Likewise, a C-Max Hybrid and a C-Max Energi should not be ordered from the same listing simply because their bodies look similar.
Use year groups to narrow the search, then verify fitment
The catalog separates older Fusion packs from later versions and provides separate Lincoln and Mercury products. Before ordering, have BHB confirm the VIN and original pack. If a title, part label or vehicle history appears inconsistent, resolve it with us before buying.
Ask about the supplied electronics and setup
Several Fusion Hybrid listings state that programming is not required for their listed applications. That does not establish the requirement for every Energi, Escape, Lincoln or Mercury pack. Confirm the exact instructions, electronics supplied and any transfers before planning the work.
Compare the total replacement plan
For a conventional hybrid, compare the correct replacement assembly and coverage. For an Energi, also ask about application-specific battery capacity and the scope of the replacement. Have a shop quote all required work, rather than only removal and refitting.

Shipping, core return and warranty
Standard continental U.S. shipping is included; confirm any remote-area or residential freight surcharges and expedited service on your quote. Qualifying domestic DIY orders include prepaid core-return shipping with no upfront core deposit.
Keep the shipping materials and return your original core within 30 days to activate warranty coverage. Contact us before the deadline if you need help. A $500 charge applies if the required core is not returned.
The standard warranty is 3 years with unlimited mileage, with an optional 6-year term where offered. Your order shows the selected term.
