        Description

Replace the high-voltage battery in your 2011-2012 Chevrolet Volt with a fully assembled replacement from Best Hybrid Batteries. This product is the traction battery pack, separate from the vehicle’s 12-volt battery.

        Verify fitment before ordering

This listing covers the 2011-2012 application group. Send your VIN to BHB to verify the correct battery, supplied electronics, and installation requirements for your exact vehicle.

        Battery condition and pack contents

This is a fully remanufactured high-voltage battery pack for the 2011-2012 Chevrolet Volt, assembled using tested original LG modules selected for the application. Modules are capacity-tested and matched, and the completed pack is tested before shipment. It is not an all-new-cell battery.

The replacement pack is supplied fully assembled with battery electronics. Confirm application-specific programming, relearn, and installation steps with BHB before starting. No guaranteed usable-kWh capacity or electric driving range is advertised.

        Warranty, shipping, and core return

A 3-year unlimited-mileage warranty is standard, with an optional 6-year unlimited-mileage warranty available. Standard shipping is free within the continental United States. Qualifying domestic orders include prepaid core-return shipping. Core return is required within 30 days to activate the warranty. See the full warranty terms and exclusions.

        Installation options

We can ship to your own mechanic or help you find a local installer. DIY customers should review the application-specific instructions and confirm the required tools and commissioning steps before ordering.
